By way of introduction, I am a dynamic top management executive offering extensive technical knowledge and operational management experience within product development, supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse / logistics, quality functions, human resources, facilities management, and service industry disciplines.  I pride myself on being a result oriented, hands-on individual guided by solid technical and managerial experience.  My management style strongly emphasizes communication, teamwork, use of automation, and the principles of a strong but lean organization.
 
Throughout the years, I have played a key role as a senior manager to assure the operational structure continued to meet both the customer and the employee expectations.  This has included directing the company’s day-to-day operations, being a liaison to the customer and other internal / external groups for both technical and management issues, and initiating process improvement along with cost reduction activities in all areas of the organization.
 
As a forward-thinking “change agent” and consensus builder, my success has been accelerated through the consistent application of time proven principles.  Taking time to listen and learn my customer’s, my employee’s, and my company’s needs, then establishing a sound relationship, along with employing a participative management approach in all company activities.
